- About This Team
- Sherwood South covers the Mansfield side of Sherwood ward and extends into the town centre to St John Street. It also extends along Chesterfield Road and streets off and includes the Queen Elizabeth School. It offers a mixture of residential housing and business premises and is diverse in terms of both the business community and housing type. Sherwood South has seen a new beat manager with the arrival in August of PC Ian Dickson,who will be working to reduce anti-social behaviour in the areas just off the town centre in particular. Sherwood North's crime statistics are combined with Sherwood North.
