- About This Team
- Newthorpe and Giltbrook has a mostly urban community however a large part of this area is rural. To the north east it borders the B600, to the north Lower Beauvale, to the north west Newthorpe Common and New Eastwood, and to the south the A610. There is a sports centre and recreation park on Dovecote Road with a council committee room. Giltbrook Retail Park can be found off Nottingham Rd which has a large selection of commercial outlets.
