- Compton Acres and Lutteral are situated in West Bridgford bordered by the A52 ring road, the A60 Loughborough Road and the River Trent. The population is just over 8,500. There is a small shopping precinct housing a variety of amenities including a private day nursery, doctors surgery, grocery shop, chemist and take away food outlets. Asda Supermarket is also situated on the area. There are two primary schools, a secondary school, and a sixth form college.
