- Lady Bay is situated South of the City of Nottingham and is bordered by West Bridgford town centre, the River Trent and The National Water Sports Centre. It has a population of 4858. There is a large Infant and primary school at the heart of the community on Trent Boulevard, and older children attend the two nearby West Bridgford Comprehensives. The main road through has numerous shops.
