The Beat is bordered by Porchester Road to the East and Woodborough Road to the North and then separated from the other beats in St Anns by St Bartholomews Road (Donkey Hill) and Hungerhill Road. The Beat contains the Spirita owned properties of the Brewsters Road Estate and also the Nottingham City Homes owned properties of the Kingsthorpe Close Estate.
