- Sneinton Bendigo is divided into two parts ,the main part of the beat is situated in the centre of Sneinton and is bordered by Highcliffe Road to the east and Kentwood Road to the west. The beat extends to the south up to the Daleside Road industrial area and also spreads towards the Colwick Park direction and the industrial area on Old Colwick Road is also covered. The second part of the beat covers the Candle Meadow housing estate and Colwick Country Park . The area attracts large numbers of people especially in the summer who can enjoy two man made lakes and the River Trent. A network of roadways navigates you around the lakes and is popular for outdoor activities. Sneinton Bendigo has a very diverse community with a mixture of all nationalities made up of many ethnic minorities as well as white British residents. Accommodation is a mixture of privately owned, council, rented and housing association.
