- Bulwell Forest has approximately 3420 households. It encompasses four distinct areas: Colston Road and Austin Road estate (Bulwell Forest); Deptford Crescent estate (New Highbury Vale); Cantrell Road, Henrietta Street, Piccadilly, Kersall Drive (Old Highbury Vale) and Rigley Drive estate (Top Valley). There are three schools within the area: Cantrell Primary, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Primary and part of Bulwell Academy. There is also a golf course and large recreation area that is adjacent to Hucknall Road.
