- Sherwood beat is contained within Mansfield Road (A60) as you head towards the City Centre along Mansfield Road to the junction with Haydn Road. From there it heads East along Haydn Road passing Haydn Primary School to the junction with Hucknall Road. From Hucknall Road it runs North along Hucknall Road towards Valley Road passing Nottingham Prison. At the island at the junction of Hucknall Road and Valley Road Sherwood beat finishes by running West along Valley Road opposite the City Hospital site until it reaches the junction with Mansfield Road opposite the Water Meadow.
