The Latimer neighbourhood boasts the busy commercial area of Melton Road, hosting the world renowned jewellery sector, the Peeple Centre and the Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre.
Cossington Park is a community focal point being home to many multicultural festivals which are celebrated throughout the year, such as Diwali and the Holi festival. As well as being a thriving commercial area it is also home to a large multicultural community.
