- Welcome to the Horkesley Neighbourhood Policing Team pages. We are committed to making your neighbourhood a safer place to live, work and visit and will work with the community and our partners to tackle local problems. Horkesley is part of the Colchester district and covers areas including Fordham & Stour and West Bergholt & Eight Ash Green. Please note that Copford Police Station will be closed from the 10th February 2010 for a period of 4 months for refurbishments.
