Members are reminded to verbally declare their interest and the nature of it and, if prejudicial, leave where appropriate at the point of the meeting when the item is to be discussed

During this section of the meeting people are invited to raise any issues of local concern, including crime and community safety issues in the following neighbourhoods:

a)     Coxlodge

b)     North Kenton

c)      Fawdon

d)     Little Grange

e)     Red House Farm

The Ward Committee is keen to give local people and groups an opportunity to promote the work they do in the Ward.

Leisure Services: Coxlodge Recreation Ground

Janette Brown, Children’s Services Area locality Manager, will lead a

 presentation with other Officers to outline services for young people in the

 Fawdon Ward.

The next meeting of the Ward Committee will be held on Tuesday 27^th January 2009 at 6.30pm.

Deadline for submission of grant aid and ward support applications to be considered at this meeting is Friday 9^th January 2009.
