The report seeks approval to procure Family Intervention Services via a Single Tender Action from Action For Children and Hackney Homes under separate contract arrangements.

Decision:
A. To progress the procurement of the Child Poverty Family Intervention Project via a Single Tender Action (STA) to contract with Hackney Homes for the following;
· administration of collating referrals from the neighbourhood offices,
· to provide dispersed housing when necessary.
· to liaise and work closely with the provider delivering the intervention programs with regards to tenancy issues.
B. Children and Young Peoples Services on behalf of Supporting People and Safer Communities contracting directly with Action For Children to deliver the front line Family Intervention Project Service until 31/3/2010.
This is to allow time to review the service and to complete the market testing.
REMEDIAL AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO THE CLISSOLD LEISURE CENTRE - REVIEW POINT 5 CS PDF 178 KB
The report considers the lessons that have been learned from the Clissold Leisure Centre project and explains how this learning has been integrated with the project methodology within Community Services Directorate and disseminated more widely across the Council.
