Report of the Planning and Economic Regeneration Director
Minutes:
The Committee considered the report of the Planning and Economic Regeneration Director advising of the DCLG consultation paper on the pre-application consultation procedures for nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIP).
The report detailed the implications of the proposed changes and defined the NSIPs; and attached as an annex to the report was a copy of Planning and Economic Regeneration Director's response to the consultation questions.
RESOLVED:
That the responses of the Planning and Economic Regeneration Director to the consultation and application procedures for nationally significant infrastructure projects, as detailed in the annexe to the report, be approved for submission to the Department for Communities and Local Government.
