This report seeks to transfer and appropriate for planning purposes three remaining parcels of land comprised within the proposed Principal Place Development site which is a key landmark location on entry to the Borough from the City.

This report recommends the disposal of a property which is surplus to Council  requirements. There is no adjoining Council ownership and it is not essential to any regeneration projects or programme. It is intended that the capital receipt generated by the disposal of this property is re-invested in the Council’s capital programmes.
