This report seeks approval to award Supplier A with a contract to supply the Council with a data hosting facility and full support for 5 years with options to extend. 

This report sets out the procurement of Single Homeless and Rough Sleeper Supporting People services in accordance with the Supporting People procurement strategy programme.

This report is submitted as a cover sheet for the award of contract for the 24/7 Telecare Call Monitoring and 24/7 Emergency Response Service which was awarded in August out of Cabinet Procurement Cycle in order to facilitate the implementation phase of this critical service.

THAT the press and public be excluded from the proceedings of the Cabinet Procurement Committee on 18 October 2011 during consideration of Exempt items on the agenda on the grounds that it is likely, in the view of the nature of the business to be transacted, that were members of the public to be present, there would be disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended.
