In order to comply with the requirement of the Council’s Constitution to hold a meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Commission within seven working days of a request to call in a decision, it has not been possible to give five clear working days’ notice of the meeting.

To receive apologies for absence and to note the attendance of any substitute members.

Members are asked to declare any personal or prejudicial interests and the nature of that interest, including the existence and nature of the party whip, in respect of any matter to be considered at this meeting.

The Chairman has agreed to take this as an urgent item in order to comply with the requirements of the Council’s Constitution.
