Call in of Executive Decisions
TO CONSIDER whether any of the decisions made by the Executive at its meeting on 31 March 2011, should be called-in.
Please bring your copy of the agenda and the minutes for the Executive meeting.
Copies of both will be available at the meeting for members of the public.
Members are reminded that a request for call-in must be delivered to the Monitoring officer within three clear working days of the publication of the decision.
Please note: This meeting will only take place if there are any call-ins to consider of decisions taken at the Executive meeting on Thursday 31 March 2011. If you wish to call any item in, please let Democratic Services know. If there are no requests from Members by 2pm on Tuesday 5 April 2011, the meeting will be cancelled.
