Public Participation at meetings

Provided that notification has been given to the Chief Executive by 12.30pm on Tuesday 25 January 2011, members of the public may speak on any item on the agenda for a maximum of three minutes.

Call in of Executive Decisions

TO CONSIDER whether any of the decisions made by the Executive at its meeting on Thursday 20 January 2011, should be called-in.

 

Please bring your copy of the agenda and the minutes for the Executive meeting.

 

Copies of both will be available at the meeting for members of the public.

 

Members are reminded that a request for call-in must be delivered to the Monitoring officer within three clear working days of the publication of the decision.
