Cancellation of Hearing. Shortly prior to the date of the hearing the Police had reached agreement with the applicant and had consequently withdrawn their objection to the Temporary Event Notice Licence. The Sub-Committee members who were due to be in attendance at the hearing were advised of the cancellation.
Accordingly, at 10.45am on Friday 21st January 2011, there being no members of the Sub-Committee present, in accordance with Standing Order 43 the clerk for the meeting declared the meeting inquorate and no business was transacted.
