The purpose of this report is to recommend that Cabinet make the London Borough of Hackney (Woodberry Down Phase 2) Compulsory Purchase Order 2011 (“the CPOâ€) to acquire the remaining leasehold interests, interests of secure tenants and freeholders of the properties, together with any private rights that may exist over the associated land, including an EDF substation, to enable the regeneration of Woodberry Down to continue in accordance with the project programme.
