Minutes of the Meeting held on 24 February 2011

To consider passing the following resolution:

 

That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.  The Public Interest Test has been applied and favours exclusion of the information from the Press and Public.

The Committee will interview candidates for the following posts in the Senior Management Structure:

 

Director of Built Environment;

Director of Corporate Commissioning;

Director of Older People; and

Director of Street Scene

 

Copies of the timetable for the interviews, the job profile’s and the candidate application forms are attached.

 

Please note any appointments to the posts will be subject to the consideration of any material or well founded objection to the appointments by Members of the Cabinet.
