To confirm the minutes of a meeting held on 24 November 2010.

(a)              To consider the reports of the Director of Services (as attached - if any) under

(b)              To receive FOR INFORMATION a list of applications already determined under delegated powers by the Director of Services –

Part D – white pages.

 

To receive FOR INFORMATION.

To note the Schedule of Public inquires.

To receive FOR INFORMATION the report of the Director of Services.

To consider any matters which the Chairman agrees as urgent in accordance with Section 100B of the Local Government Act 1972.

The Chairman to move the following resolution:-

 

“That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.”
