To receive the minutes of the Cabinet Procurement Committee (CPC) held on 9 November 2010 - for noting only.

The Local Implementation Plan 2 document outlines transport policy and has to be submitted to Transport for London  in December 2010, therefore the document has been prepared and is being submitted to Cabinet for consideration at this time

This report sets out the key principles forming the basis for an Inter Authority Agreement (IAA) between the North London Waste Authority (NLWA) and its seven constituent Boroughs including the London Borough of Hackney.

This report is seeking approval from Cabinet to agree to the disposal of the surplus land at Alexandra National House, between Seven Sisters Road and Queen’s Drive to Developer A under a 125 year lease for a consideration.

This report seeks approval for the adoption and implementation of the Council’s Parking and Enforcement Plan for 2010-15.

This report presents an overview monitoring statement of the Council’s Revenue Budget and also includes a position statement on debt collection performance.

This report recommends that the Corporate Director of Legal and Democratic Services is authorised to negotiate the surrender of the existing sub-station lease and agree the terms of a new 99 year lease with EDF’s representatives.

This report is seeking the approval from Cabinet to grant a lease which will provide Halkevi with an opportunity to continue the delivery of social and economic services to Hackney’s Turkish Kurd community in a sustainable manner.
