BUILDING MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES REVIEW POINT 5/2/4 REPORT PDF 220 KB
This report notes the benefits realised from the use of the existing five framework agreements procured by the Council in parallel with the use of Procurement for Housing (PfH’s) consortium framework agreements for building materials. The report further recommends that Members authorise the Council to use the newly let PfH framework agreement after the Hackney’s framework contracts expire on 31 May 2011.

THAT the press and public be excluded from the proceedings of the Cabinet Procurement Committee on 7 September 2010 during consideration of Exempt items on the agenda on the grounds that it is likely, in the view of the nature of the business to be transacted, that were members of the public to be present, there would be disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended.
