Exclusion of Press and Public

To consider passing the following resolution:

 

That, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.  The Public Interest Test has been applied and favours exclusion of the information from the Press and Public.

Appointment of Head of Corporate Finance and ICT Strategy and Head of Corporate Legal Services - Interviews

The Committee will interview candidates for the posts of the Head of Corporate Finance and ICT Strategy and the Head of Corporate Legal Services

 

Members are requested to bring copies of the documentation on the short-listed candidates for the two posts, which were previously circulated, to the meeting.

 

Please note any appointments to the posts will be subject to the consideration of any material or well founded objection to the appointment by Members of the Cabinet.
