\nAppeal against dismissal on the grounds of gross misconduct- Customer Services
\nMinutes:
Following a report from the Head of\nEnvironmental and Enforcement Services concerning an appeal by an\nemployee of that Service, the Board, after having heard the appeal\nand findings of a Stage 3 Disciplinary Hearing, agreed to\nuphold the decision to dismiss the employee from the\nCouncil’s service on the grounds of gross\nmisconduct.
