Appeal against dismissal on the grounds of gross misconduct- Customer Services
Minutes:
Following a report from the Head of Environmental and Enforcement Services concerning an appeal by an employee of that Service, the Board, after having heard the appeal and findings of a Stage 3 Disciplinary Hearing, agreed to uphold the decision to dismiss the employee from the Council’s service on the grounds of gross misconduct.
