the issues people would like to see addressed and this had to be

scrutiny review panel to establish the costs at this stage of the
process.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; It was
noted that the City Centre Action Group (CCAG) would be invited to
prepare costings where appropriate.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt; It was also noted that a
recommendation had been included that the CCAG should report to a
Senior Officer who could refer relevant matters to Management
Team.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
