Minutes:

The Committee considered a report of the Director of Services regarding objections to this Order in relation to Ash Tree T1 and Ash Tree T3.  The objections were bought forward by Merewood Arboricultural Consultancy Services on behalf of Mrs Powell of Balmer Lawn, Blackpond Lane, Farnham Common.

 

Having considered the contents of the letter submitted by the objector, the Arboriculturist’s response and photographs of the trees in question, taken with the reasons why the Order was made, it was

        

RESOLVEDthat the South Bucks District Council Tree Preservation Order No. 21, 2009, be confirmed as made, without any modification.

The Committee received for information a progress report which set out the up-to-date position relating to Enforcement Notices.  Arising from questions on the report:-

Hearing in High Court on 14 December – details not known.  A new date for the new year is to be arranged.

Six planning applications have now been received.  A certificate of lawfulness use regarding Area B was received but refused.

 

Land at Junction Farthing Green Lane and Framewood Road, Stoke Poges

 

It has been noted that on several occasions 6 cars had been witnessed on the land. Prosecution proceedings now being prepared.

 

South End Cottage, Middle Green, Wexham

 

It was noted at a site visit on 15 December 2009 that works was still outstanding. Close monitoring was still in progress and will continue.

The Committee received a note that recorded the comments by Members regarding the re-visits of properties where planning permission had been granted.  It was agreed that the next re-visiting of sites would take place on 3 March 2010.

To note the following decision taken in consultation with the Consultative Body:

 

Land Sales – Land between Lake End Road and Huntercombe Lane South, Burnham

 

Having considered a written report, it was AGREED that a Direction be issued pursuant to Article 4 of the Town and Country General Permitted Development Order 1995 (as amended) - to direct that permission granted under Class A to Part 2 to Schedule 2 of the said 1995 Order shall not apply to development on land between Lake End Road and Huntercombe Lane South, Burnham for the reasons set out in paragraph 3.14 of the report.
