Feedback from Executive on Scrutiny Sub Committee recommendations
Below is the minute from the 9 July meeting of the Executive considering the recommendation of the Scrutiny Review and Management Sub Committee of the 7 April 2009.
“The Executive Members received, for information, a report by the Head of ICT and Central Services on the recent performance regarding answering the telephone at the contact centre. The portfolio holder drew attention to the background to the performance targets and the good progress since 2006 in meeting the targets.
The Head of ICT and Central Services advised that following the comments of the Scrutiny Management and Review Sub-Committee in April 2009, the performance figures for the 3rd quarter for 2008/09 had been verified.
The portfolio holder advised that he considered that a target of answering 80% of telephone enquiries within 2 minutes would be acceptable.
RESOLVED - That the report be noted.”
