Complaint - Breach of Code of Conduct
The report of the Monitoring Officer and all relevant information will be circulated at the meeting.
Minutes:
Members considered a report of the Director of Legal and Governance Services, which set out details of two complaints that a Member had failed to comply with the Authority’s Code of Conduct, and independent advice obtained in relation to the complaints.
The Sub-Committee fully considered and discussed the report, with each Member setting out their individual thoughts on its content.
RESOLVED: That no further action be taken in respect of the complaints.
