AGENDA - PART I

Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations of personal or prejudicial interests arising from business to be transacted at this meeting from:

 

(a)               all Members of the Cabinet; and

(b)               all other Members present.

Minutes

Of the Cabinet meeting held on 13 November 2008 be deferred until the next ordinary meeting.

3.

Petitions

To consider the suspension of Executive Procedure Rule 8.2.2 to allow the submission of petitions (if any).

4.

Public Questions

a) To consider the suspension of Executive Procedure Rule 8.2.2 to allow the asking and answering of public questions (if any).

 

b) Subject to (a) to receive any public questions received in accordance with paragraph 16 of the Executive Procedure Rules.

 

Questions will be asked in the order notice of them was received and there be a time limit of 15 minutes.

Councillor Questions

a) To consider the suspension of Executive Procedure Rule 8.2.2 to allow the asking and answering of Councillor questions (if any).

 

b) Subject to (a) to receive any Councillor questions received in accordance with paragraph 17 of the Executive Procedure Rules.

 

Questions will be asked in the order notice of them was received and there be a time limit of 15 minutes.

* Data Protection Act Notice

The Council will record items 5 and 6 (Public and Councillor Questions) to help ensure the accuracy of the published minutes, which will be produced after the meeting.

 

The recording will be retained for one month after the date of publication of the minutes, after which it will be destroyed.
