ALTHOUGH The preliminary report on the application, previously before the Development Management Sub Committee is again circulated herewith, MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO NOTE THAT FOR REASONS WHICH WILL BE EXPLAINED AT THE START OF THE HEARING, THE FINAL DECISION ON THE APPLICATION WILL FALL TO BE TAKEN AT A MEETING OF THE FULL COUNCIL. 

 

Transport for the visit to the application site has been arranged and will depart the Town House (Broad Street entrance) at 9.00am
