Petition -De-restriction of Hackney Carriage License Plates
A number of Sefton residents have signed a petition, expressing their concern in relation to Sefton Council’s policy of restricting the number of hackney carriage vehicle carriage licences.
The Committee are requested to consider the matter and allow Mr D. Smith, a representative of the residents, to address the Committee regarding the matter.
Petition - Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licences De-restriction
To consider, in accordance with Rule 27 of the Council and Committee Procedure Rules of the Constitution, a petition signed by 33 Sefton residents submitted by the South Sefton Hackney Carriage Driver’s Association relating to the de-restriction of Hackney carriage Licence Vehicles.
Petition - Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licences De-restriction
To consider, in accordance with Rule 27 of the Council and Committee Procedure Rules of the Constitution, a petition signed by 29 Sefton residents submitted by the Southport Hackney Carriage Association relating to the de-restriction of Hackney carriage Licence Vehicles.
