This report summarises the details of all whistle-blowing cases received by Audit & Anti-fraud since the last report submitted to this Committee on 3rd November 2008. That includes 2 referrals that were new or ongoing. 

 

During the period since the last report to this meeting, there have been 4 referrals to Audit & Anti-fraud under whistle-blowing and these are detailed in appendix 1 to this report.
