The Chair referred to the correspondence that had been circulated at the Previous Meeting in relation to this issue.

The Panel then considered the way forward in relation to preparing a report on this matter.

Councillor A E Kitcher left the Meeting at 4.35 pm.

Considerable debate then ensued by the Panel on this issue.

The Panel Chair Councillor L E Smart left the Meeting at 5.40 pm and Councillor C T Jones Panel Vice Chair took the Chair.
