Further to the petition submitted to the Council meeting held on 3 September 2009, Mr John Corscaden, Chairman of the Sefton Carers Forum Committee has submitted another petition signed by residents of the Borough, requesting “the reversal of the Cabinet policy decision regarding Specialist Transport Charges and a return to status quo” (Minute No 76 of the Cabinet meeting held on 9 July 2009 refers) and he will be permitted to make a statement on the content of the petition which will not exceed five minutes.
The report of the Strategic Director of Adult Social Services (Health and Social Care) on this issue is attached for consideration
