HYGIENE SERVICES - REFURBISHMENT OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCES AND MAINTENANCE VERBAL UPDATE (N&R)

The report details the current status of the contract for the management of the Council’s Financial Management System and informs Members of the intention of the Corporate Director of Finance and Resources regarding the future development of the contract.
This report asks Cabinet Procurement Committee to note the performance of the contractor during the term of the Occupational Therapy Assessment Services contract and to note the Corporate Director’s intention to take this service in-house

Proposed resolution:
THAT the press and public be excluded from the proceedings of the Cabinet Procurement Committee on 21 April 2009 during consideration of Exempt items on the agenda on the grounds that it is likely, in the view of the nature of the business to be transacted, that were members of the public to be present, there would be disclosure of exempt information as defined in Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended.
