An apology for lateness was received from Councillor Toby Simon and an apology for absence was received from Councillor Dreblow.

AGREED that the minutes of the last meeting held meeting on 17 June 2009 be confirmed and signed as a correct record.

AGREED that agenda item 6 (The Killian Pretty Review and the Community Infrastructure Levy) be dealt with before the remaining items on the agenda.
