PDF 289 KB </a> </li> </ul> Minutes: <div class="mgWordPara"><div class="Section1"> The Group considered the report of the Democratic Services Manager regarding appointments to Outside Bodies.   The Group were informed that there was still some confusion regarding appointments to the Kent Downs AONB Joint Advisory Committee and the Mid Kent Downs Steering Group and that clarification is being sought and the Group will be advised of the correct procedures at the next meeting.   The Chairman left the meeting for the appointment to Maidstone Beauvais Twinning Association and the Vice Chairman took the Chair. The Chairman resumed as the Chair once the decision on Maidstone Beauvais Twinning Association had been made.   RESOLVED:   1.        That the Timetable, as attached at Appendix A to the report of the Democratic Services Manager, be agreed. 2.        That Councillor Yates be appointed as the Council representative for Age Concern for a period of 3 years from 28 September 2009. 3.        That Councillor Hinder be appointed as the Council representative for KCC Youth Advisory Committee for a period of 4 years from 7 September 2009. 4.        That Councillor FitzGerald be appointed as the Council representative for Kent County Playing Fields Association for a period of 2 years from 1 October 2009. 5.        That Councillor Vizzard be appointed as the Council representative for Maidstone Beauvais Twinning Association until April 2010. 6.        That Councillor Verrall be appointed as the Council representative for Maidstone Mediation for a period of 2 years from 1 November 2009. 7.        That Councillor Wooding be appointed as the Council representative for Vinters Valley Park Trust for a period of 2 years from 7 September 2009. 8.        That Councillors Ash and Mrs Marshall be appointed as the Council representatives for Voluntary Action Maidstone for a period of 2 years from 7 September 2009. 9.        That nominations continue to be sought for Maidstone Sea Cadets, Parking and Traffic Regulation Outside London Adjudication Joint Committee, Relate West and Mid Kent and Youth and Community Charity.       </div> </div> <a name="AI3350"></a>25.
