- Description
- All households counted at the time of the 2001 Census, without use of a car or van. This includes access to any company car or van when available for private use. A household is defined as comprising one person living alone, or a group of people (not necessarily related) living at the same address with common housekeeping - that is, sharing whether a living room or sitting room or at least one meal a day.
