- All people usually resident in the area at the time of the 2001 Census living in households where the Household Reference Person was under pensionable age with a National Statistics Socio-economic classification of 'Not classified'.'Not classified' includes people who have not been coded, those who cannot be allocated to an NS-SeC category and all 'full-time students' regardless of whether they are economically active or inactive.
